Mid-Year Meditation

A few short words I recited to myself this morning to alleviate the mid year slump.

Stay grounded

Stay grateful

Stay inspired

Be kind to yourself

Stay patient

Stay focused

I don’t want to ask for easier times. I don’t want to ask for days with no interruptions or curveballs or fires to put out. Let me ask for the bravery to show up for the day as it unfolds. The frustration doesn’t come from disruptions but from the thought that believes there should be none. May I respond with grace and an open heart- not fighting change but embracing it. 🙏🏽
